Refund Policy for Bulk AI Exporter for ChatGPT

1. General No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the "Bulk AI Exporter for ChatGPT" Chrome Extension, all sales are generally final. Because the product is a downloadable digital good and license keys are issued immediately upon purchase, we enforce a strict no-refund policy for general cases, such as changes of mind, accidental purchases, or lack of use.

2. The 48-Hour Technical Failure Exception

We stand by the quality of our tool. The only exception to our no-refund policy is if the extension completely fails to function as advertised on your machine.

In this scenario, we offer a conditional refund strictly within 48 hours of purchase.

Conditions for an Approved Refund:

  • Time Limit: Your refund request must be submitted within exactly 48 hours (2 days) of the original Gumroad purchase timestamp.
  • Technical Proof: You must provide details, screenshots, or a screen recording demonstrating the technical failure or bug you are experiencing.
  • Support Attempt: You must allow our support team a reasonable opportunity to help you troubleshoot and resolve the issue. If we cannot fix the bug, we will issue the refund.

Note: Refunds will not be granted if the extension stops working days or weeks later due to third-party layout updates (e.g., OpenAI updating the ChatGPT user interface), as this is outside of our immediate control and outside the 48-hour window.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 48-hour technical failure exception, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at appcontactrcode@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Refund Request - [Your Name].
  3. Include your Gumroad receipt/order number and the License Key.
  4. Provide a clear description of the technical issue you are experiencing, including screenshots or console errors if possible.

4. Processing Time

If your refund meets the criteria and is approved, it will be processed through our payment provider, Gumroad. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect on your original payment method.
